About Me

Welcome to 8th Wonder Therapeutics and Consulting! My name is Zantesha Dyches, LMSW/CSWA. I started my journey with mental health after taking a psychology class in high school and falling in love with the idea of helping people be their best selves through mental health. From there, I went on to get my Bachelor's in Psychology from University of South Carolina - Upstate in 2016, Masters of Social Work from Capella University in 2023, and licensed in Social Work in 2024.

My specialties include Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Trauma, and Self-Esteem. For these specialties, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Person-Centered Therapy. I also embrace working with LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC identifying individuals.
